Terms of purchase

1. Company information
Liv & Loke, with organization number 880602-5642 and address Hagards väg 17, 439 31 Onsala, is responsible for purchases made on this website. For information on how we handle personal data according to GDPR, see paragraph no. 11.

2. Prices
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor or euros and include value added tax. The total cost of the purchase will appear clearly before the final order. In the case of packages sent outside Sweden, you yourself are responsible for any other costs that may be incurred, for example customs duty.

3. Shipping & delivery

Your Liv & Loke order is sent with Postnord within 1-3 working days. Products made to order are shipped within 7 working days. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us at info@livloke.com

If the package is not picked up, we charge a cost of SEK 100 in administration fee and shipping cost.

Within Sweden, shipping costs SEK 29-68. Outside Sweden, shipping costs SEK 49-99.

In order to be compensated for lost goods, packages within Sweden must be sent with "PostNord Trackable to agent 3-7 days" and outside Sweden "PostNord Rec. brev Traceable 3-7 days". If the package is not sent with one of these options, Liv & Loki is not responsible for the mail's carelessness.

4. Right of withdrawal and returns

We always want you to be satisfied with your Liv & Loke product and get the opportunity to open the packaging to take a closer look at your purchase. If the product is not what you expected, you have the option of sending the product back to us.
All products sent back must be unused, unwashed and clean in order for us to approve a return. Original price tags and packaging are also sent.

From the moment you receive your item, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal and can then send the item back to us for a full refund excluding return shipping.

If an item is at our disposal after 14 days but within 30 days, we can offer a credit receipt minus shipping costs.

Due to hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on hair bands, bows and tiaras and tassels (should you send this back, we will charge a shipping cost of SEK 49 and send the product back to you) .

Liv & Loke are not responsible for returns that have not been returned to us. Please save your shipment ID so you can track the item all the way back to us.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Send an email to info@livloke.com and describe which products you want to return or exchange. Put the item back in the packaging. Hand it in at the nearest PostNord agent, it is important that you save your handing in receipt.
When your return has been received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Keep in mind that it can take up to 2 weeks before we receive your return.

When exchanging, you place a new order and return the item you wish to exchange.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

If you received the wrong product, please contact our customer service at info@livloke.com with the subject line "wrong product" and we will help you.

5. Complaint

Regarding possible complaints at Liv & Loke, we comply with the Consumer Purchase Act.
Before returning the item to us, please take a photo of the defective product.
Please email the image and describe the problem to info@livloke.com. Name the subject line “complaint”.

Liv & Loke is responsible for the return shipping cost in the event of an approved complaint.

We always offer: 1. Repair 2. New product 3. Refund

If a dispute should arise, we follow the general complaints board's recommendations.

6. Personal data and GDPR
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. In connection with your purchase, you agree that we store and handle your personal data. We store the information that is necessary to fulfill the agreement with you and to be able to conduct our business. According to the GDPR, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If the information we store about you is irrelevant, incorrect or incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected, limited or deleted, which we will do to the extent possible under applicable law (such as the Accounting Act).
