Shipping and delivery

At Liv & Loke, we want your shopping experience to be as easy and smooth as possible.

Your Liv & Loke order is sent with Postnord within 1-3 working days. Products made to order are shipped within 7 working days. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us at info@livloke.com

If the package is not picked up, we charge a cost of SEK 100 in administration fee and shipping cost. In the case of packages sent outside Sweden, you yourself are responsible for any other costs that may be incurred, for example customs duty.

Within Sweden, shipping costs SEK 29-68. Outside Sweden, shipping costs SEK 49-99.

In order to be compensated for the lost item, packages within Sweden must be sent with "PostNord Trackable to agent 3-7 days" and outside Sweden "PostNord Rec. brev Traceable 3-7 days". If the package is not sent with one of these options, Liv & Loki is not responsible for the mail's carelessness.
